Natalie Kline has a served in a variety of roles throughout her career from Collegiate Ministry to Homeless Shelter Services, she has an extensive background working alongside people to meet their immediate needs and assisting them in setting and reaching goals for a better and brighter future. She has worked across the Commonwealth of Virginia and hails from Fairfax County, Virginia, but the majority of her career life has been in and around the Roanoke Valley, which she admits is her favorite area of Virginia.

She is passionate about helping residents set and achieve personal goals, she is very excited to serve the residents of Indian Rock Village as the Jobs Plus Case Manager. Natalie hopes to connect residents to career guidance, continuing education, literacy and arts events, credit and finance counselling, and more, to help each individual make their dreams into realities.
