RRHA Procurement Policy
RRHA shall provide for a procurement system of quality and integrity; shall provide for the fair and equitable treatment of all persons and firms involved in purchasing by RRHA; ensure that supplies and services (including construction) are procured efficiently, effectively, and at the most favorable prices available to RRHA; promote composition in contracting; and assure that RRHA purchasing actions are in full compliance with applicable Federal standards, HUD regulations, State and local laws.
The term “procurement” includes the procuring, purchasing, leasing, or renting of: goods, supplies, equipment, materials, construction services, maintenance services, consultant services, architectural and engineering (A/E) services, social services, other types of services.
RRHA’s Procurement Policy complies with the Annual Contributions Contract (ACC) between RRHA and HUD, Federal Regulations at 24 CFR 85.36, 2 CFR Part 200, and all applicable State and local laws.
