Welcome to the Roanoke EnVision Center
RRHA’s EnVision Center serves as a central hub providing free resources and fostering connections for everyone in the Roanoke Community through our network of partner agencies.
This dynamic hub is managed by the Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority, in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Open to everyone in the Roanoke Valley, this community-oriented space connects you with partner agencies, including non-profits, government entities, and businesses. A computer lab is also available for educational, employment, and housing-related activities.

HumanKind offers programs covering a range of services including financial education, job assistance, resume development, and much more.
College representatives on-site offer financial aid information and career counseling to students of all ages and interests.
The RFEC offers professional, one-on-one financial counseling at no-cost to assist with money management, budgeting, reducing debt, and more.
Representatives from the Department of Social Services are available on-site every Thursday from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Family Service of Roanoke Valley offers
on-site free counseling services to help you handle life’s biggest challenges.
RRHA Resident Services team is here on-site to support public housing residents through the FSS Program.
Smart2Start representatives are on-site every Wednesday from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. to assist with early care resources.
