Computer Literacy Workshops

The Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority has partnered with the HumanKind Economic Resource Center to offer free virtual computer workshops to all our residents and the wider community. These workshops are tailored to enhance participants’ computer literacy skills and foster confidence in navigating digital platforms. 

These classes are held on THURSDAYS from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

September 5th:
Introduction to Computers
September 12th: Navigating an Operating System
September 19th: Using a Word Processing Program
September 26th: Make the Internet Work For You!

Everyone in the community and our residents are welcome to join! If you’re interested in participating in these virtual classes at any of our sites, we invite you to contact the designated RRHA staff members listed below. They will provide you with additional information regarding the computer labs where these classes will be conducted:
