Andrew was appointed to the RRHA Board of Commissioners in August of 2014 to fill an unexpired term and was reappointed in 2016.

Currently a Hospital Account Manager, Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from the University of South Alabama and a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from Northern Illinois University. He has extensive experience with long-term business planning and project management. His volunteer experience includes work with the City of Roanoke Young Life, Patrick Henry High School Theater Program, and Refugee & Immigration Services: Catholic Diocese of Richmond.
