Duane was appointed to the RRHA Board of Commissioners on October 23, 2008 and was reappointed in 2012 and 2016. He serves as RRHA’s Resident Commissioner. Duane is a very well-known and active resident throughout the public housing community. He currently holds the post of President of Melrose Towers Civic League and President of the Joint Resident Council. Duane attended Bethane Cookman College.
