Effective Monday, June 07, 2021 at 8:30 am, until 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, the City of Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority will open the waitlist for Studios & one BEDROOM SIZES at our Morningside Manor Development. Families who wish to apply for housing assistance at Morningside Manor are required to submit an on-line application form by visiting our website at www.rkehousing.org or you may pick up an application at the management office.
