Anthony Jennings was appointed to the RRHA Board of Commissioners in September 2025. He is a minority small business owner and real estate broker whose leadership extends across economic development, behavioral health, and affordable housing. Through his work with the Roanoke Valley Association of REALTORS®, Virginia REALTORS®, and the Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare Board, he draws on more than two decades of experience to strengthen service delivery, support vulnerable populations, and foster economic opportunity.

In his role with the DBHDS Office of Community Housing, Mr. Jennings champions equitable housing solutions for individuals with SMI/IDD experiencing chronic homelessness, helping shape policies and partnerships that promote inclusive growth in the City of Roanoke.
