Brenda Prieto was born and raised in Mexico City and moved to the City of Roanoke as an international student to pursue her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies at Roanoke College. Throughout her professional career, she has gained extensive experience in developing public relations and marketing campaigns across various media platforms, including print, outdoor, and digital media. After collaborating with numerous local organizations, she furthered her education by obtaining a Master's Degree in Strategic Communications from Radford University.

Brenda is passionate about video production, excelling in crafting digital content, and thoroughly enjoys sharing compelling stories. Her creative endeavors are driven by a profound desire to help and inspire others within the community.
