Julia Draper is a native of Roanoke and a veteran of residential property management with over 25 years of experience. Before joining RRHA as Director of Public Housing in April 2024 she held numerous positions in all aspects of the business. Julia has overseen many communities, including Tax Credit, conventional, and Section 8 properties.

Her passion for property management and the real estate industry has driven her to acquire many certifications in Tax Credit Compliance and Property Management. Throughout her career, she has held various offices with the Roanoke Valley Apartment Association/VAMA and has received numerous awards for her dedication to the industry.
