Melissa Gish has been a social worker in the Roanoke community for 15 years. She spent years as a clinician and trauma informed care trainer and is very happy to have had the opportunity to work in program implementation for the last three years. Melissa has a passion for community building and believes in the power of relationships. She is excited to be a part of the Jobs Plus team and cannot wait to see the overall impact that this program has on the communities served by the grant.
