Jason Picard is our new Jobs Plus Program Manager. He has a background in mental health and has been working in the human services field for over 20 years in the Roanoke area. He earned his degree in psychology from Longwood University. Jason is passionate about community building and is dedicated to helping the underserved find services that assist them in meeting their needs. He is excited to be in a position that will allow him to help residents achieve their goals and learn about new opportunities, such as training, continuing education, and employment.
