Tina Bousman serves as the manager of Human Resources of the Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority. With over 30 years of experience in the HR field, she has demonstrated her expertise across diverse sectors, including non-profit, government, construction, retail, manufacturing, and mental health. Notably, her proudest achievements stem from her impactful contributions in the non-profit sector. In her previous role as HR Director at Total Action For Progress (TAP) for a decade, Tina spearheaded a comprehensive transformation of the HR department. During this time, she developed and implemented numerous HR processes, fostering staff growth through initiatives such as wellness programs, service awards, and succession planning.
